What to do if I can't find my hotel/rental house on your hotel list?
-If you don't see your hotel/rental house on our list, process your request via our home page selecting a hotel near by, and specifying real destination on our comments box at the end of the reservation process.
How do I locate my driver at the airport?
-Our representative will be waiting for you at the exit of your arrival terminal in the open-air meeting greeting area holding a logo of TUCAN KIN. We will send you a map of each terminal in your confirmation email.
What do I do, if I can't find the driver/representative in the indicated area?

Will be my driver there if my flight is delayed?
-Yes, we track all clients' flights. Notify us as soon as possible in case that your flight (flight number or carrier) has been changed or if you missed your connecting flight.
Is the driver's tip included in the price?
-No, the tip is optional and it's not included in the price, the custom in Mexico is 10% tip.
Do I share my Vehicle?
-No, if you book our Private Standard or our VIP transfer you don't share your vehicle with any other passengers but your party. Only with the "Eco" option, you might share your vehicle with maximum of 2 other passengers.
Do you provide car/booster seats?
-Yes, we do, if you would like car/booster seats to be installed in your vehicle, please check the option box in the reservation form. There is no extra charge for the service.
Do your drivers speak English?
-Yes, most of our chauffeurs speak English, in addition, our operation centre is always available with professionals fluent in English having phone contact with all our drivers and can assist the clients in case of any problem or misunderstanding.
Is it possible to stop in the supermarket on the way to my hotel?
-Yes, a brief stop in a small convenience store where you can buy drinks and snacks has no extra charge. If you would like to stop in a Supermarket or Shopping mall there is an extra 20 USD charge per hour. If you would like to program this stop, please check the option box in the reservation form.
Do you provide Group transfers and deals?
-If you are Group of 11 and more passengers, please contact us via 'other transfers? Or 'Contact us' link.
Can I rent your vehicles per hour or for a private trip/excursion?
-Yes, we do rent our vehicles for car services and personalized trips with driver. To consult the price, please process your request via 'other transfers' or 'contact us' link.
Can I pay by Credit Card?
-Yes, if you book your transfer via our website you can pay the total amount in advance using your credit card. Upon the arrival we accept payments only in cash USD or Pesos.
Do you accept pets?
-Yes, but only in VIP transfers, and under certain conditions. If you are travelling with a pet, consult our reservation centre before booking your transfer.
Are there any refunds?
-Yes, under certain conditions, please check our policy at http://www.tucankin.com/ policy.
